Metsaw Service Terms

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

These Service Terms apply to purchases, subscriptions, equipment, and paid services provided by Metsaw LLC.

These Service Terms supplement the Metsaw Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. PURCHASES

The products, services, quantities, prices, taxes, shipping charges, included service periods, and other purchase details displayed at checkout at the time of purchase control that transaction.

Metsaw may update future pricing and offerings without changing previously completed purchases unless the customer agrees otherwise.

2. METSAW KIT AND EQUIPMENT

Physical equipment provided to a customer as part of a completed Metsaw purchase becomes the customer’s property unless the applicable purchase terms expressly state otherwise.

Metsaw does not rent customer equipment unless specifically disclosed.

Third-party products remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms, warranties, instructions, restrictions, and availability.

3. GLUCOSE SENSORS AND CONNECTED PRODUCTS

Where glucose sensors or other third-party devices are included, recommended, or supported, availability may depend on the manufacturer, geographic restrictions, account eligibility, integration access, inventory, or other third-party requirements.

Customers may need to establish and maintain their own accounts directly with the relevant device provider.

4. INITIAL SERVICE PERIOD

The initial Metsaw purchase may include an initial period of management, software access, AI guidance, human support, device support, or other services as described at checkout.

The specific services included in the customer’s purchase are those displayed at the time of purchase.

5. ONGOING SERVICE

After the initial service period, customers may be offered options to continue, customize, reduce, or close ongoing Metsaw services.

Available options and prices will be displayed before the customer elects an ongoing paid service.

Metsaw will not intentionally enroll a customer into a new recurring paid service without the customer’s authorization.

6. RECURRING BILLING

Where a customer selects a recurring service, the applicable fee will be charged according to the billing interval disclosed when the customer enrolls.

Customers may cancel future recurring service in accordance with the cancellation method presented through Metsaw or by contacting Metsaw.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges for services already delivered, subject to applicable law.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Any return, cancellation, or refund terms presented at checkout or included with a specific purchase apply to that transaction.

Metsaw will comply with applicable consumer-protection laws.

Third-party product returns may also be subject to manufacturer or fulfillment-provider requirements.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, inventory, third-party manufacturers, weather, address issues, or events outside Metsaw’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. CUSTOMER-OWNED DATA

Customers own their personal Metsaw account information and their accounts/data with supported glucose-sensor and wearable providers, subject to the applicable providers’ terms.

Metsaw accesses only information reasonably necessary to operate the services authorized by the customer.

Metsaw does not sell identifiable customer glucose or wearable data as a product.

10. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOME

Metsaw does not guarantee weight loss, glucose improvement, medication reduction, disease prevention, laboratory improvement, financial savings, or any other particular result.

Results vary by individual and depend on many factors outside Metsaw’s control.

11. SAFETY

Customers are responsible for using equipment in accordance with applicable instructions and for selecting activities appropriate for their own condition and circumstances.

Customers should stop an activity and seek appropriate professional care when symptoms, injury, or other safety concerns arise.

Metsaw does not modify medications or replace licensed medical care.
